How to determine if the height setting parameters are reasonable?
Connect the client software, open debugging mode, and determine whether the height parameter settings are reasonable based on the height detected by the device.
The actual height of the test camera is about 230cm, and a deviation of ≤ 5cm between the height parameter and the actual height is considered a reasonable parameter.
1. Height parameter: 227cm. The height of the person detected by the device during testing is 162cm, which is close to the true height of the person, and the head detection box is basically aligned with the head, with reasonable height parameter settings.
2. Height parameter: 270cm. The height of the person detected by the device during the test is 186cm, which is higher than the true height of the person. The head detection frame deviates from the head (the head height is too high, exceeding the detection range) and is located on the body part of the person, with a relatively large height parameter.
3. Height parameter: 260cm. The height of the person detected by the device during testing is 197cm, which is higher than the actual height of the person. However, the head detection box is basically aligned with the head (although the head height is higher than the actual height, it is still within the detection range), and the height parameter is too large.
4. Height parameter: 210cm. The height of the person detected by the device during testing is 144cm, which is lower than the actual height. However, the head detection box is basically aligned with the head (the head height is greater than the filtering height), and the height parameter is relatively small.

What are the precautions for equipment installation and debugging?

How to handle the inability to confirm the camera network segment?
You can turn off the firewall of the debugging computer and connect the camera directly to the debugging computer after power supply. At this time, the camera can scan the camera IP across network segments; After obtaining the camera IP, normal connection and debugging can be carried out.

Can the client scan the camera, but the SN display shows all 0 and cannot connect properly?
1. This situation is usually caused by the camera and the debugging computer not being in the same network segment. You can set the computer to the same network segment as the scanning IP before scanning and connecting;
If all SN values are scanned and can be connected normally, it may be caused by abnormal network broadcast communication after the computer has been running for a long time. At this time, normal debugging can be carried out, or the computer can be restarted for scanning, connection, and debugging.

What is the reason why the client cannot scan the camera?
You can perform the following checks step by step:
1. Whether the camera power connection and network cable are normal;
2. Whether the indicator light status is normal: the power light is always on, the network light is flashing, the status light is always on or turns off every 3 seconds;
3. Is the camera connected to the same LAN as the debugging computer and on the same network segment.
